Step 3: Research

Using the position narrative as a springboard, we enter the research phase of the assignment. We use our substantial in-house database of qualified known individuals. We also conduct extensive original research, targeting companies who employ individuals who may possess the requisite qualifications.

Original research is essential for success. People transition from job to job frequently and a database quickly becomes obsolete if not constantly updated. We employ two part-time database managers to consistently update our extensive global database of professionals.

Teamwork is essential in a recruiting relationship, and we work with our clients to insure that no "off-limits" individuals or individuals already known to the client are contacted. Perhaps you have places you would like us to look, or some places that you prefer we not explore.
