Step 5: Confidential Candidate Presentation & Interviews
Our goal is to present a slate of qualified candidates -- not wallpaper clients' offices with resumes. We promise clients a minimum of three and a maximum of five "on-target", to "spec", ready and willing professionals. Profiles, resumes and confidential compensation information are sent electronically to the client. Confidentiality is absolutely critical and insured to both parties. At the end of this process, a list of 50-100+ prospective candidates has been reduced to the three to five available, qualified interviewees. Candidate interviews, at the client's discretion, can be held on-site or off-site. Shulman Associates prefers to arrange the scheduling of these interviews. We insist on debriefing of both candidate and client within twenty-four hours of the interview in order to accurately recap results. Issues that surface during interviews are explored by the search team which often clarify and dissolve potential obstacles to successful recruitment. We pride ourselves on balancing the needs of client and candidate.
